VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
Our volunteers can participate at various levels. Some roles requires a certain level of experience, other roles may require training and/or require volunteers be available before and after the event. The team for each role will share the details specific for each role during orientation and on-boarding.

Our volunteers are committed, skilled, dedicated and passionate about supporting women to live their best lives. When you join our inclusive team of volunteers, we’ll provide all of the training and support required to make a difference, make new connections, have fun and unleash the Sexy Diva within you.
Description of Roles
COMMUNICATIONS TEAM
Answer inquiries prior and after events and question regarding agenda, rooms, and events, welcome attendees as they arrive. Manage doors access, room maintenance (Ensure room Integrity before sessions and tear down after the event), Attendee Check-in; Onsite Registration and even information. Assist with daily setup and management and distribution of materials in the main room as needed.
LOVE AGENT TEAM
Support Attendees with questions and ensuring attendees are well taken care of for a successful experience. Support with running the microphone throughout the crowd during the event, support attendees with seating, support attendees at love agent table. Resourceful with the ability to move quickly as issues arises that require immediate resolutions.
SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM
Photographers, videographers, journalists, content creators are perfect for this role. Capture images and videos during the events. Capture attendee’s testimonials after the events and gain the opportunity to work with Best-in-class leader.
MERCHANDISERS
Assist with merchandise sales at the events. This role is perfect for people with a warm personality that desires to make others smile.
SPONSORSHIP TEAM
The Sponsorship team’s intention is to capture the hearts and minds of people, connect to their passions and turn them into fans of Sexy Diva World Platform. Sponsorship team is a powerful asset to supporting the mission and vision of the company. The sponsorship team establishes the sponsorship plan, sets revenue goals for the coming year, identifies target sponsors, highlights the path to reach goals, establish clear expectations and measurement for success and ensures that the Sponsorship program support the overall strategy beyond just sponsorship.
VENDORS TEAM
The Vendor team establishes and implements the processes to manage vendors. Vendor team roles includes activities such as selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing vendor-related risks, assisting with Vendor support, and check-in, management display selection and ensuring service delivery prior and during the events.
